Growing up, Cory Pendleton’s parents instilled in him the value of cleanliness and order through a weekly ritual known as general cleaning day. Every Saturday, Cory, his parents, and his two brothers would vacuum, wipe, mop, scrub, dust, and disinfect every inch of their home while jazz and gospel music played on the stereo in the background.
What began as a childhood chore that had to be completed before watching Saturday morning cartoons soon became something deeper. Over time, Cory discovered a genuine passion for transforming messy, chaotic spaces into spotless sanctuaries. To him, cleaning isn’t just about tidiness — it’s about calm, focus, and pride in one’s surroundings.
